Jill Shackelford is a 1993 graduate of Texas Tech University with a BBA in Management. Joe and Jill founded Industrial Asphalt, Inc. in 1995 and have recently opened their second asphalt plant. Jill serves on asphalt committees in the Austin area and is also a certified plant operations specialist. Jill oversee's the asphalt plant operations and the internal structure of the organization.
